At Meepo Board, we stand behind the quality of our electric skateboards and offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that high-performance sporting equipment must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the board's current condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Board

  Securely pack the skateboard, remote, charger, and all accessories into the original factory box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Meepo

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; tracking information is required for all returns.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the board's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
